Lucy Drage

As the People & Talent Manager at Square 4 Partners, Lucy plays a key role in shaping the firm’s culture and workforce. She leads the People function, overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, and professional development to ensure a high-performing and supportive work environment. Lucy manages internal events, strengthening Square 4’s brand while fostering a positive company culture and oversees Square 4’s relationship with its charity partner, coordinating fundraising efforts and initiatives to maximise the firm’s social impact. With a keen eye for talent and a passion for people, she drives initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention, and company growth.

Lucy has a background in financial services, having previously worked as an HR professional at a leading insurance firm. She holds a 2:1 BSc in Psychology from the University of Nottingham and has completed both her CIPD Level 3 and Level 5 certifications in People Management. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, employee relations, and organisational development.

Outside the office, Lucy enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling to new destinations, and caring for her new puppy, Willow.
