Square 4 Partners Ltd (‘Square 4’) has today (Monday 3 July 2023) announced the appointment of Jeannette Lichner as the new Company Chair.
Jeannette is a Non-Executive Director who has served on private and public sector boards, as well as on the Local Trust charity and the board of her alma mater, the University of Virginia. She is Chair of Elucidate GmBh, a Berlin-based regulatory technology firm and in March this year completed a 3-year term as a Non-Executive Director of the Financial Conduct Authority.
Prior to becoming a Non-Executive Director and Advisor, Jeannette enjoyed a diverse and successful executive career and has a deep understanding of core functional areas of firms, gained in executive roles in Finance, Operations, Corporate Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Regulatory Compliance and Chief Operating Officer roles.
Her executive career was followed by 10 years consulting in the Governance, Risk and Regulation areas. She is an active Companion Member of the Chartered Management Institute and a Sustainability Champion (member of Chapter Zero and contributor to The Sustainability Board Report).
